Privacy Policy

Fundage is operated by Take2NewU Labs as part of Take2NewU. Depending on the features you use, we may process account information; financial information you enter such as income, expenses, budgets, goals, assets, subscriptions, invoices and business records; uploaded files; support communications; and billing or entitlement status.

We use this information to provide and secure Fundage, calculate summaries, support educational and AI-assisted features, maintain billing and entitlements, troubleshoot problems, and respond to support requests. Fundage relies on service providers including Base44 for application infrastructure, Stripe for direct subscription processing, and authorized marketplaces or resellers when you purchase through them. We do not sell your personal financial information.

Some features use AI. AI output can be incomplete or inaccurate. Fundage uses authenticated accounts and record-level access controls intended to separate users' stored records, but no online system can be guaranteed completely secure.

You may delete stored Fundage financial data in Settings and may request account closure by email. Certain billing, transaction, fraud-prevention, legal, or compliance records may be retained where required or reasonably necessary. Fundage is not directed to children under 13.

Terms of Use

Fundage is a financial organization and educational application. By using Fundage, you agree to use it lawfully and to protect your account credentials. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter and for decisions you make using that information.

Fundage may offer Free, Plus, and Business plans. Direct paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe at the price shown at checkout. Authorized marketplaces or resellers may sell Fundage under the price, renewal, cancellation, and refund terms shown in their checkout. Direct subscriptions may be managed in Fundage Settings. Marketplace purchases must be managed through the marketplace or reseller that processed the order.

Fundage does not provide personalized financial, investment, tax, legal, accounting, fiduciary, or credit advice. AI or automated output may contain errors, omissions, or outdated information. Fundage does not guarantee uninterrupted operation or any financial result. Access may be restricted for misuse, security risks, nonpayment, refund/reversal, or violation of these terms.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Direct Fundage subscriptions may be canceled from Settings. Unless a different rule is required by law or shown at checkout, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period and stops future renewals. Direct subscription fees are generally non-refundable after a billing period begins except where required by law or where Take2NewU approves a refund.

If Fundage is purchased through an authorized marketplace or reseller, the refund and cancellation terms displayed by that marketplace at checkout control the transaction. Refunds, reversals, chargebacks, cancellations, or expiration may cause the corresponding Fundage paid entitlement to be changed or revoked.

Financial Information Disclaimer

Fundage is a financial education, organization, budgeting, simulation, and learning product. It is not a bank, lender, broker-dealer, investment adviser, fiduciary, accounting firm, tax preparer, law firm, credit-repair organization, or other licensed professional financial service.

Investment lessons, examples, market information, AI responses, and simulations are educational only. Fundage does not tell users to buy, sell, or hold a particular security, fund, cryptocurrency, commodity, or other investment. Simulated or hypothetical results do not predict future performance, and investing can result in loss.

Fundage does not guarantee savings, income, debt reduction, credit improvement, tax savings, investment returns, or any other financial outcome. Verify important information before acting and consider an appropriately qualified professional when a decision requires professional judgment.
